A few weeks ago I got asked a question by someone I had just met ‘Who is Nicolle?’

It was unexpected but the timing was perfect. Besides it was necessary for me to think about who I was, what I desire, and how I represent or even live as Nicolle on a daily basis.

If you’ve read my about me page you’ll know why I started this blog. What’s funny is that after establishing it I haven’t had the bravery of sharing true intimate things about myself to you my friendship group. As a matter of fact I rarely share anything about myself in real life. Hence I’m great at putting on a professional face and keeping things to myself.

Who is Nicolle? I’ve never been an over-sharer

I always believe adults like me have so much going on in their own lives. Why would I burden them with my thoughts, emotions and stories. Although I’m always a great listener for others. It’s rare that I feel comfortable sharing my personal experiences. You’ll be glad to know that today I have taken the plunge.

I’ve created a unique list of starter sentences. Which act as journal prompts to help me answer the own questions I made up.

Perhaps these answers will spark interest. Or another reaction could occur. Nonetheless, I’m happy I’ve finally answered the question. ‘Who is Nicolle?’
