I turn to podcasts to feel a little more involved in the world because sometimes I feel alone or would like someone to talk to. Before, I would purely rely on music to boost my energy. Once I began listening to podcasts they spoke out to me. Helped me gain a better understanding of how to manage areas I struggle with. Above all they made me laugh because of the different personalities that show up on there.

In conclusion, Podcasts can be listened to absolutely anywhere. It can be highly beneficial for auditory learners. To begin with, choose 1 of 5 and play it on your way to the supermarket or to work. Another good time is in the morning whilst taking a shower. Play one during exercising. Make some time before bed too. Adding this to your daily routine can help break down the adversities you face in life and support you in feeling more connected to the world.
