Self help books that can heal you and change your life. You may be thinking how is this even possible. All I can say is that it was possible for me. At the beginning of 2020 I was in a state of uncertainty and feeling stuck. In addition, I was constantly wondering if my life was ever going to change, or if I would regain the confidence I once possessed.
How did reading the self help books change me?
After reading them I gained a new perspective on aspects of my life. Also, I discovered new techniques to handle certain situations that I was going through. I had a new sense of self belief and felt more at peace with the present moment.
When should you read them?
A good idea is to find a time in your day free from distractions so you can fully absorb the text. Sitting in the sun whilst reading is therapeutic and you can absorb some Vitamin D too. On the other hand you could take an innocent stroll just keep an eye above the page, every now and again for any unexpected dog poop 🙂
